In response to Saturday's shooting spree in Tucscon, Rep. Peter King (R, N.Y.) has announced that he's planning on introducing legislation to make it illegal for American citizens to knowingly carry a firearm within 1,000 feet of a member of Congress.
Genius!
Remember that name my friends, Peter King, R-N.Y. Unless that's a typo, y'all should get on the blower to Petey's office and the RNC and fill their ears with fire.

I'm fairly certain it's illegal to shoot a member of Congress.
Amazing how that failed to stop Loughner.
Even more amazing that there's still people in America that believe something like this would actually work. I mean, who says to themselves: "Sure, some crazies might break the law to do something silly like murder someone, but honestly, who would carry a gun where they're not allowed to?"
Tom Brokaw, that's who. See my new post, Brokaw's afraid to go into a bar in Arizona because there's no GUN CONTROL.
Show's you where Tom's brain is, right?
