I'm not sure how a culture is validated. Merely surviving well enough to exist? That's doable. It's seems a bit like the atheists who can claim that l religions are "equally" true, however.

Either way, a cogent observation: gave me some things to think about.
The "equally valid" thing is an old Lefty diversity saw, where we White people are supposed to have "something to learn" from, for example, the Yanomami people of the South American rain forest. That they live in horrifying squalor and spend all their time either stoned on the local drugs or killing each other seems to be a feature rather than a bug for the Diversiteers.
The "validity" part comes from the notion that some tribe or group somewhere has a religion, and it is just as "valid" as the Holy Roman Catholic Church.
This gives them the opportunity to call me a RAAAAACIST!!!11! for mentioning graves being robbed of their bones for witchcraft rituals. Notice I never mentioned the race/culture of the furshlugginer grave robbers, just that they are dickheads with no respect for OUR culture. That's supposed to be a "dog whistle" by the way. When you don't say anything, that means you think its the [insert protected group here].
