So today a guy ran over a bunch of innocent people on Yonge Street. They released a name, I'm not going to repeat it here.
Its very hard to know what to say about this. So many people are dead, through no fault of their own, so many more wounded, and horribly wounded too it must be said. They were run over by a van, on the sidewalk.
Have been avoiding crowd situations for a while myself. Knew this was coming to Canada, just not when. Be safe!
ReplyDeleteHey MacD,
ReplyDeleteTrying hard. Situational awareness is key.
Yet another reason to avoid big cities and large groups of people.
ReplyDeleteIf there is a concert tour I like, I'll wait until they come to the smaller venues near me instead of going to big venues int he big city an hour away.
Not only do I avoid the drive and traffic, I avoid the crime, parking fees, and venue rules there - which invariably mean no pictures, no weapons, getting searched on entry, etc.
My local venues have nearby free parking, allow cameras and concealed carry :-)
