NSA records EVERYTHING.

The UK Guardian: proof of the adage that even a blind pig finds the odd acorn. Found on the Drudge Report today:

The ultimate goal of the NSA is total population control.

 Yeah. No shit.
Nice suit, Mr. Spy dude.

"At least 80% of fibre-optic cables globally go via the US", Binney said. "This is no accident and allows the US to view all communication coming in. At least 80% of all audio calls, not just metadata, are recorded and stored in the US. The NSA lies about what it stores."
The NSA will soon be able to collect 966 exabytes a year, the total of internet traffic annually.

Yes, every freakin' thing you send on the phone, on the Web, and yes indeed Apple users, everything you save in "The Cloud" is recorded by your good friends, the NSA. Yep, even your cat pictures. Yep, even those "personal" text messages and emailed pics you share with... who ever. Every single everlovin' thing you've seen or done on the Intertubes is sitting on a hard drive in government hell someplace.

Isn't that special.
