Ramin Mehmanparast, spokesman for Ahmadinejad, gets attacked by refugee Iranians on streets of New York.
Video of this guy getting kicked in the ass, among other things. Sweet!
NY Daily News reports other Iranian entourage members are not going to Sak's Fifth Avenue, they're going to Costco and stocking up on stuff from the drug store. Because there's no aspirin and shampoo back home. And they don't have much money to spend. Even though they are the biggest of Big Kahunas in Iran.
Which pretty much tells you all you need to know about Iran these days. Going to be a really short war.

Update, judge scolds the robbers. BREAKTHROUGH!!!
Burglars who break into country homes can expect to be shot at by their victims, a judge warned yesterday.
Judge Michael Pert QC spoke out after a lawyer demanded leniency for a career criminal who he claimed had been blasted with a shotgun in 'a form of summary justice'.
The judge replied: 'If you burgle a house in the country where the householder owns a legally held shotgun, that is the chance you take. You cannot come to court and ask for a lighter sentence because of it.'
Nice to see a judge come up with the barest minimum of common sense on demand. It happens so seldom.
Daniel Mansell, 33, and Joshua O'Gorman, 27, were sentenced to four years in prison following the masked raid on the cottage in Welby, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
Their victims, Andy and Tracey Ferrie, were arrested after Mr Ferrie opened fire on the pair during the midnight break-in.
They were held on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and spent 40 hours in custody before prosecutors decided they had acted in 'reasonable self-defence' and lifted the threat of charges.
The couple emigrated to Australia on Monday amid fears of a revenge attack. Cannabis addict Mansell was shot in the right hand while O'Gorman was shot in the face during the incident earlier this month.
Watch the video, the cops come and take her away and everything. Its awesome! :) Also much better with the sound off, that way you don't have to listen to Mona bleating in her British accent. Most annoying.
Islamic supremacist journalist Mona Eltahawy was arrested today after assaulting a defender of freedom who caught her in the act of vandalizing one of AFDI's pro-Israel ads in the New York Subway Stations.
This again proves the Islamic supremacists and the Leftist thugs are dedicated to shutting down free speech. Anti-Israel ads ran all over the country without a murmur of protest; but this pro-Israel ad was hardly up an hour before fascist thugs like Eltahawy went to work to deface it.
Ironically, this is the same Mona Eltahawy that got raped and beaten half to death in Egypt by the "protesters" last year. Doesn't seem to have improved her mental function, if y'all will excuse my saying so. She's protesting -for- the savages.
I think the time will come shortly (like in October!) when the likes of dear Mona here will be running around in packs, doing what Brownshirts always do. Beating people and burning stuff.
This time the shirts will probably be pink, but the violence will be the same.

today a friend of mine died. stage 4 liver cancer, she was ok last week. Here's to Kermit. May she rest in peace, far above this veil of tears. Remember her, happy warriors. Go forth and conquer.
She had wanted to stay alive for one thing... to vote for Mitt Romney.
so.....Vote you lucky American...... vote for Mitt in memory of "Kermit"
Surveillance: Close observation of a person or group.
Translation for the cognitively impaired Lefties who occasionally lurk here: Somebody who is not your friend watching every goddamn thing you do.
Here's what happens when governments do that:
Government restrictions on the Internet have risen over the past year around the world as regimes use violence against bloggers and turn to censorship and arrest to squelch calls for reform, a new report from a U.S. advocacy group has found...
Other findings include:
* Physical attacks against government critics are intensifying: In 19 of the 47 countries assessed, a blogger or user of information technologies was tortured, disappeared, beaten, or brutally assaulted for their online posts. In five countries, an activist or citizen journalist was killed after posting information that exposed human rights abuses* Bloggers and ordinary users increasingly face arrest for political speech on the web: In 26 of the 47 countries, including several democratic states, at least one blogger or Internet user was arrested for content posted online or sent via text message.* Surveillance has increased with few checks on abuse in 12 of the 47 countries examined* Citizen pushback has increased and had an impact in 23 countries. Advocacy campaigns, mass demonstrations, website blackouts and constitutional court decisions have resulted in censorship plans being shelved, harmful legislation being overturned and jailed activists being released.
For those (few) who still say to me "oh, that could never happen here!", have you been to an airport lately?

I now understand why the official investigation by the Department of the Defense as reported by The Army Times The Washington Post concluded beyond a doubt that you're an unmitigated asshole. There you have it, the State Department is in the hands of IDIOTS no different from the average Left-wing troll found on the Internet. This is the kind of guy I delete from my comments section, and he's Hillary Clinton's personal spokes-creature. Imagine what Hillary must be like in person. I'd wear lead underwear, carry a whip and a chair to meetings. Radioactive beeotch! REEEowwww!
How's that for a non-bullshit response?
Now that we've gotten that out of our systems, have a good day.
And by good day, I mean Fuck Off
Just remember that in November, my American friends.

They're testing a frickin' warp drive in Texas. For real. Oh. My. Here's hoping it doesn't make a "noise" when they test it, and we don't end up with Klingon battle cruisers de-cloaking in orbit..
Enter NASA scientist Harold "Sonny" White, who recently announced, quietly, that not only does he think he's solved the mathematical problems, but they're already working on creating a test "warp bubble."
The work is pretty astonishing, and highly technical. The math is sadly beyond the comprehension of this mere scribbler. But the practical meaning is hard to ignore. White and his team continued to work with Alcubierre's formula, and discovered that by making two small changes, it would be possible to accelerate a spaceship to 10 times the speed of light using only about a metric ton of exotic matter. A ton of exotic matter is still a lot, since we don't know how to build it, or where to find any. But at the very least, it brings Alcubierre's formula into the realm of the possible. If only someone can find a way to make it happen.
And White is doing exactly that. He and his team have built a small device at NASA's headquarters in Houston. With it, they intend to use laser beams to try and create tiny — indescribably tiny — warp bubbles. If successful — and White seems optimistic — it would prove that the theory of faster-than-light travel is sound, and requires only the engineering breakthroughs required to enable it.
Interesting times, my friends.
Hojatoleslam Ali Beheshti said he encountered the woman in the street while on his way to the mosque in the town of Shahmirzad, and asked her to cover herself up, to which she replied "you, cover your eyes," according to Mehr. The cleric repeated his warning, which he said prompted her to insult and push him. "I fell on my back on the floor," Beheshti said in the report. "I don't know what happened after that, all I could feel was the kicks of this woman who was insulting me and attacking me."YEAH BABY! That's how you do it. Kick his skinny fundamentalist ass.
But she never said "you, cover your eyes". She said "Cover you eyes, ASSHOLE!" Dude needs to learn, never tell a chick you don't like her dress. I know they look all cute and helpless, but some of them can HIT.
Somebody needs to tell these girls about the Lysistrata. Mullahs will be hanging from lamp posts in a week.

Federal authorities have identified a Coptic Christian in southern California who is on probation after his conviction for financial crimes as the key figure behind the anti-Muslim film that ignited mob violence against U.S. embassies across the Mideast, a U.S. law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Thursday.
I'm not going to reprint his name here, let the Feds do that. Moving on...
The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss an ongoing investigation, said *** was connected to the persona of Sam Bacile, a man who initially told the AP he was the film's writer and director. But Bacile turned out to be a false identity, and the AP traced a cellphone number Bacile used to a southern California house where it located and interviewed ***.
Anonymous apparatchik outs film maker to the Jihad because the Jihad killed somebody. A convenient circularity there. Who does the Justice Department work for again?
I saw some of the trailer for this thing, its a piece of crap nobody is going to watch. Until the US government makes the producer a martyr for Coptic Christians anyway. Then -everybody- will watch.
But wait, didn't Barry say that the Egyptian government was supposed to protect the US embassy? Well he sure did, but:
U.S. Marines defending the American embassy in Egypt were not permitted by the State Department to carry live ammunition, limiting their ability to respond to attacks like those this week on the U.S. consulate in Cairo.
Ambassador to Egypt Anne Patterson "did not permit U.S. Marine guards to carry live ammunition," according to multiple reports on U.S. Marine Corps blogs spotted by Nightwatch. "She neutralized any U.S. military capability that was dedicated to preserve her life and protect the US Embassy."
So no Egyptian cops and no live ammo for the Marines. Rumor has it that the ambassador has also refused to open the Strong Language locker, so Marines are left to defend the embassy with hope and change. That would be spare change tied up in a sock.
Egypt-US: The day after the storming of the US Embassy, all day and night on 12 and 13 September, mainstream media aired footage of obviously unemployed Egyptian young men gathering and milling near the US Embassy in Cairo. A single security vehicle was imaged making an occasional and completely feckless foray through the gathering area, during the early morning of 13 September in Cairo. No Egyptian police or military or other security personnel were present.
Comment: The normal time for organized, violent Muslim protests is Friday afternoon, after prayers. Muslim Brotherhood leaders already have called for "non-violent", anti-US protests on Friday after prayers. Readers should expect more anti-US protests and no Egyptian security forces.
This is why I'm not cut out for the military. I'd have busted open the armory sooner than follow those orders.

The couple were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after the legally-owned shotgun was fired.
Yep, he got robbed, middle of the night, middle of nowhere, police response time probably half an hour on a good day, four of them. Oh, and the couple has been robbed several times previously, by the way. So much that they were going to move to Australia to escape it. Cops arrested and charged the HOME OWNERS. Awesome eh?
That's what we here at Chez Phantom like to call batshit crazy. Because it is. By the way that "legally owned shotgun" thing in there is the newspaper boilerplate/dog whistle thing for "EVIL GUNS MUST BE BANNED!!!"
Well today there's an update! The victim's names are now given as Andy and Tracey Ferrie, from Welby, Leicestershire. The Crown has decided in it's infinite wisdom to drop the charges. Most likely because the tidal wave of phone calls and email from the local MPs office down to the local street sweeper convinced them that pursuing such a prosecution would be bad for their health.
The question of sanity however has been answered. British judges and Crown officials ARE batshit crazy, just like we've all been saying. Check this out:
A judge [pictured here looking fully like the idiot he clearly is] praised burglars for their 'courage' and claimed prison 'very rarely does anybody any good' as he allowed a serial intruder to walk free from court.
Judge Peter Bowers said burglar Richard Rochford deserved to be jailed for two-and-a-half years but he decided to take an 'extraordinary chance' by not locking him up.
Recognising the controversy he was causing, the judge added: 'I might get pilloried for it.'
So just in case anyone out there was wondering why Andy and Tracey got tossed in the slammer for not allowing the nice burglars men to take their TV, that's why. Burglars are an officially sanctioned protected group. Message received.
As Kathy Shaidle says," Dear Luftwaffe: Come back, all is forgiven."

It seems to have been decided that all matters involving force were police business only, that self defense was to be sternly discouraged, and that Her Majesty's loyal subjects were no longer fit to decide such things as who to hit or how hard in a home invasion or other criminal act. It was my opinion that I'd REALLY like to know who decided that, since I didn't get asked.
Well here's a chance to know who's deciding something for you. Your betters have decided that you are not smart enough to decide about spanking your own child. Its one more step down the same path that's getting your underwear checked at the airport in case you might have a Swiss army knife stuffed up where the sun don't shine. Pay close attention to the who and where.
A medical journal's call to do away with Canada's so-called spanking law is something Manitoba daycare advocates say they've been demanding for nearly a decade. You'll find Canadian Medical Association fingerprints all over gun control legislation in Canada too.
"We, along with many other provincial and national organizations concerned with the well-being of children, have long held the belief that hitting children is not an acceptable form of guiding children's behaviour," said Pat Wege, executive director of the Manitoba Child Care Association Inc.
In 2003, the Manitoba association endorsed a cross-Canada coalition's joint statement on physical punishment of children and youth, said Wege.
Now, a strongly worded editorial in the Canadian Medical Association Journal has called for the repeal of Section 43 of the Criminal Code, which gives parents and teachers a legal defence when they physically discipline children.
"It is time for Canada to remove this anachronistic excuse for poor parenting from the statute book," editor-in-chief John Fletcher wrote in a signed editorial Tuesday.
The editorial will likely re-ignite debate on a controversial topic that has inflamed opinion for decades.
The Supreme Court of Canada upheld the Criminal Code provision by a 6-3 margin in a landmark 2004 ruling.
The high court ruled the provision doesn't infringe a child's right to security of the person under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and does not constitute cruel and unusual punishment.
Let the bastards know what you think. Personally I think they should F- OFF out of my business, but that's just me.

FBI didn't have much to say about it. I guess they get embarrassed when you know they're watching.
The hacker group AntiSec, an offshoot of the Anonymous and Lulzsec collectives which last year targeted Sony, News International and others in a high-profile wave of attacks, said it had obtained the database of Apple device-identifiers from an FBI agent's laptop. The FBI's long-running international investigation into Anonymous and its associates resulted in several arrests earlier this year.
The newly-elected president of the giant public workers' union AFSCME, Lee Saunders, took a page out of Clint Eastwood's book at an Ohio delegation Labor Day breakfast on Monday, speaking to an empty chair that he pretended was occupied by Eastwood. At first it was just a lark.
Suddenly, the tone changed: Saunders, finishing his speech, began to kick the chair, threw it, and yelled "Dirty Harry, make my day! We're gonna kick ass in November!"
The crowd was cheering, and the humor had gained a palpable edge. "We wanted to respond to the nonsense that he did last week," Saunders said later. "We're here to have fun but we're here to work, too, so we thought we were sending a message."
Stay classy, Dems.

The U.S. Justice Department says it has reached a settlement with the Sacramento (California) Public Library over a trial program the library was conducting that let patrons borrow Barnes and Noble NOOK e-book readers.Restating the above for effect, the US Department of Justice has shut down the Sacramento Library pilot program for lending e-books, because blind people can't read them. That the blind people can't read NORMAL books either seems not to have been a problem for the DOJ. Perhaps they're saving that one for a rainy day.
DOJ and the National Federation of the Blind objected to the program on grounds that blind people could not use the NOOK e-readers for technological reasons.
The Justice Department said the settlement is aimed at stopping discrimination: "Emerging technologies like e-readers are changing the way we interact with the world around us and we need to ensure that people with disabilities are not excluded from the programs where these devices are used," said Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez in a news release.
At any rate, this lawsuit which cost untold amounts of tax money, federal state and city, was instigated on behalf of... wait for it... this is golden, right here...
A DOJ official told CNSNews.com it interviewed a woman who could not participate in the library's e-reader program due to her disability and concluded that the program had violated the ADA.
Yes friends, one (1) person was interviewed, which launched a million dollars worth of dueling government lawyers and apparatchiks. Meetings were held, faxes were sent, email boiled forth in a foaming cornucopia of expensive waste motion, which no doubt kept quite a few six figure incomes busy for quite some time. This is the true meaning of the Obamanation: your money spent on very well paid union workers doing nothing whatsoever.
This is the kind of thing which makes me scream TAX CUT!!!! at anyone who stands still long enough to listen. If these people have time to f- around with such petty minutia, then they need to be put somewhere that their talents will be more productive. Like a fish packing plant assembly line, or a job shoveling shit from one place to another.
